Twining Construction Company, Inc. is looking for a Site Foreman. We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded General Construction and Site Contracting firm located in Bucks County Pennsylvania who has built its reputation within the industry on the foundation of delivering a quality product for over forty years. We are a family owned and operated business that has experience managing all types and sizes of General Construction & Site Work projects.
Position Details:
On Site: 1 hour radius of Richboro, PA
Hours: 6AM-3PM
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Dependent Upon Experience

Daily Tasks:
Supervision
- Trains, coaches, and effectively leads a crew of 4-6 team members to install various utilities by delegating tasks to ensure daily productions are met or exceeded
- Oversee quality control and contribute to project close-out
- Understands plans and specifications to ensure work is done per local and OSHA requirements. Identifies potential conflicts and communicates with superintendent to reach a timely solution.
- Communicates with crew members and management to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Progress Tracking
- Coordinates material deliveries with vendors. Schedules labor, equipment, and trucking needs with superintendent.
- Schedules surveyor to provide layout so crew can progress effectively. Submits timecards daily including production, labor and equipment that was utilized.
- Maintain up to date records of progress throughout the project duration
Experience
- Fully understands the processes and requirements to install utilities such as, but not limited to
- Water main, water services, valves, and hydrants
- Water meter pits
- Sanitary sewer main, sanitary laterals & sanitary force main
- Storm sewer
- Precast structures
- Underground basin systems Minor framing
- Layout
- Ability to adapt and implement new technologies
- Ability to use common tools on projects
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
- Ability to move and handle materials in excess of 50lbs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 5 years pipe experience
