Construction Assistant Project Manager

Twining Construction Company, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded General Construction and Site Contracting firm located in Bucks County Pennsylvania who has built its reputation within the industry on the foundation of delivering a quality product for over forty years. We are a family owned and operated business that has experience managing all types and sizes of General Construction & Site Work projects.

Position Details:

In Office: Richboro, PA
Hours: 7AM-4PM
Salary: $50,000-$70,000 Dependent Upon Experience

Daily Tasks:

Submittals

  • Obtain submittals and cut sheets from Subcontractors and Vendors
  • Review submittals from Subcontractors and Vendors for conformance with project documents
  • Distribute submittals to the project team

Change Orders

  • Obtain pricing from Subcontractors and Vendors and review accuracy of pricing
  • Draft change orders for review by the Project Manager

Bid Documents

  • Compile and complete documents required for bidding a project
  • Distribute bid documents to Subcontractors and Vendors

PlanGrid
Data Entry
Vendor Outreach

Experience:

Microsoft Office
Teamwork
Organization
Communication
Knowledge of Specifications
Construction Background is a plus
PlanGrid is a plus
Procore is a plus
Knowledge of Plans both General Construction & Site is a plus
